Note: The following General Terms and Conditions currently apply to pure studio rentals. The T&C for full-service productions are currently under legal review and will be sent to you directly with the quote upon a production request.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts regarding the provision of studio and production spaces between WE Studio, represented by Peter Gesierich, and the client. Deviating conditions of the client only apply if they have been expressly acknowledged in writing by WE Studio.
We, WE Studio, collect personal customer data when concluding the studio rental contract. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of contract processing and the provision of our studio and production spaces. We do not pass this data on to third parties and treat it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The premises of WE Studio may only be used for the agreed purpose. Any other use is only permitted with the express permission of WE Studio. Use is at your own risk. WE Studio is not liable for personal injury or property damage arising in connection with the use of the premises.
WE Studio provides the client with the technology available in the studio. The client may only use the technology within the scope of the agreed purpose. Modifications to the technology are not permitted. WE Studio will provide a technician to operate the equipment upon request. The costs for this shall be borne by the client.
Damages caused by the client or their employees to the studio, technology, or inventory must be compensated by the client. The client must inform WE Studio immediately about the damage.
At the end of the rental period, an inspection of the premises takes place. The client is obliged to be present in the studio until the inspection. WE Studio reserves the right to invoice the client for damages discovered during the inspection.
The prices for renting the premises and technology result from the current WE Studio price list. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
The rental price is due in advance and payable at the latest on the day of the booking before the start. In the event of default of payment, WE Studio reserves the right to charge dunning fees and default interest.
To protect against damages, WE Studio offers two optional insurance packages:
These insurance options are not mandatory but are available for the client to choose. The decision for or against insurance coverage must be made upon conclusion of the contract and documented in the rental agreement. If one of the insurance options is utilized, the conditions and services according to the respective insurance package apply.
Smoking is not permitted in the WE Studio premises unless expressly agreed upon with WE Studio. Any infringement may lead to immediate expulsion from the studio.
Should disputes arise from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
