For 8 hours, either a set of 3 strobe lights or continuous light is included.

Lounge Area
Add-on: Extra makeup / dressing room

General Conditions
- Included: Heating and electricity costs are already included in all rental prices.
- Film Locations: Prices for all studios as film locations are subject to agreement.
- Weekend/Holiday: Sunday/holiday surcharge 15% on basic rent.
- Night Surcharge: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM 50% surcharge on basic rent.
- Equipment: Lighting equipment, props, etc. can be booked additionally. An 8h booking often includes lights. Set construction overnight requires the 12-hour rate.
- Discount: Upon presentation of proof (e.g., student ID), a discount of up to 30% is possible.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations up to 3 days before the start of the rental period, we will invoice 50% of the rental price.
- For cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the rental period, we will invoice 100% of the rental price.
Liability & Damages
In the event of damage caused to rented equipment or the studio, a WE Studio contact person must be informed immediately. Damages caused by the renter must be compensated. WE Studio is not liable for damage or loss of brought-in equipment.
